I have nothing but praise and gratitude to Keyseekers on the recent selling of our condo in Maderia Beach. Then we met with Jen who was also incredibly insightful and open. When we decided to put an offer on a house, Jen was a rockstar negotiator for us and we ended up getting everything we asked for. Their process is super organized and easy to follow, with great recommendations for inspection, insurance, etc. They handled everything for us and gave us invaluable peace of mind through the whole buying process. Kayla was amazing during the entire process of selling our house. She was very informative during the process of getting the house on the market. She was very detailed in reviewing market trends to get our house on the market for the proper price. She then went above and beyond to make sure the house was ready and beautiful for the pictures and open houses. Then throughout the process she kept us informed on any happenings. Then during the time with the house was under contract she worked well with the other realtors and made for a simple and easy transition to get the property sold and closed in a timely fashion. Kayla helped me sell my home in Ft Myers FL and turned around and helped me buy a home in Leesburg FL. When we first found a home,, everything seemed to be going great until inspection.
