They guided me on each step of the process, were so patient and kind and truly went out of their way to make this experience one that helped our family put closure on the condo we had for 40 years. My husband and I started looking for a home in St Pete in April. Their process is super organized and easy to follow, with great recommendations for inspection, insurance, etc. They handled everything for us and gave us invaluable peace of mind through the whole buying process. We ended up closing in under a month! It was so smooth and easy - I would give them 500 stars if I could!
