Jenn, Lisa, & Kirsten were quick to respond to my request to sell my condo. They helped me with the listing, had professional materials to show off the condo. My husband had passed away and I needed to move back to MI to live with my sister. When the listing came out on a Tuesday, they had scheduled two interested buyers. By the weekend a couple were very interested and offered a quick sale because it was cash. When the buyer’s offer came in it was too low for me. So Jenn negotiated until we agreed. The close was on 8-31-26.

In our search for finding a home with more space and in our desired neighborhood, Jenn and Lisa were up for the challenge and they were with us every step of the way. Having not sold a house before Lisa, Jenn & Kirsti helped guide us through the process with ease. The marketing was top notch and our 1928 Bungalow was under contract in 5 days with a backup contract. A few issues we didn't know about came up during the process and they were able to help us find the right professionals to help us fix the problems. One of things we liked is that Kirsti was at every showing since we were still living there. She was also there for the inspection and appraisal making sure everything went well. We had daily calls or group texts with updates, which gave us confidence in the process. We are looking forward to Keyseekers helping us find our new home in our new city and would definitely use them again!
