Anthony is the best. We have used his expertise in several real estate deals. He is organized and efficient. He knows exactly what’s needed for the purchase of a property and has everything ready right away. He has excellent communication skills. He keeps you up to date with the progress of your purchase almost on a daily basis. He is always available if you have any questions or any problems come up. He is great at solving problems and comes up with innovative suggestions. He makes suggestions, but always does as you ask. He also has excellent negotiation skills to get you the best price. I highly recommend him.

I was recently tasked with selling my elderly fathers condo after he passed. Even after the sale, he reached out to make sure we were doing well. We wouldn’t work with any other agent in the area. Rick went above and beyond at every stage. He had market expertise, data-driven guidance, and genuine care for our decisions. He turned what could have been a complete disaster into a smooth and successful experience overall, and we are deeply grateful for his guidance and hard work.

Kim was such a PRO! She was an amazingly organized communicator, was extremely knowledgable about the market, gave great guidance and suggestions and was so patient with the process...especially for us traveling in and out of the state. She was with us every step of the way...facilitated when we could not be present, so accommodating of our needs, enjoyable to spend 4 hours in a car with...almost sad the process is over.
