A Great Agent!

Tony sold our Treasure Island condo in January 2026 and he made it very easy. He communicated well and was very responsive. If I reached out to him, he got back to me in minutes! He recommended a title company and made the entire process simple. I live out of state so communication and coordination was important. Tony not only lives in the area, he is active in the community and knows the market. If I was looking to buy or sell in the area, I would definitely use Tony again and I think that is the best recommendation that you can give a real estate professional. Thanks Tony!

THE BEST!!!!!

TONY IS A VERY OUT GOING, FRIENDLY PERSON. NOT ONLY DOES HE HAVE THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE REAL ESTATE BUSINESS, HE ALSO GOES TO "BAT" FOR HIS CLIENT. HE DOES NOT MAKE THE DECISION FOR HIS CLIENT TO BUY OR SELL BUT STANDS BEHIND THE PERSON OR PERSONS WHO MAKE THEIR OWN DECISION. Fantastic Low Pressure Experience

Tony, went above and beyond for us in purchasing a vacation rental. We can't say enough about our low pressure experience and how Tony coached us into waiting for the correct place for our family. Any questions along the way Tony was on the spot and kept us in the loop of any changes even from 1500 miles away. The Best Agent

Tony and his right-hand Erin are the best. They are very friendly and easy to work with. Tony gives you the information you need to make an informed decision regarding your sale and purchase. Tony also follows up with phone calls, asking if there is anything you need. I highly recommend them both. You can't go wrong using TREASURE ISLAND REALTY.

There aren't enough STARS to rate Anthony Russano!

It is so stressful to find a Real Estate Agent to sell one of your most precious assets. Do you trust friends or read reviews or both? I did both and it couldn't have worked out any better. Anthony Russano knows his stuff, but is also very personable and a fantastic communicator. Throughout the whole process of selling in a very tough market, I felt completely taken care of both by Tony and his lovely wife Erin. They answered my questions at any hour of the day, recommended trades people when necessary and walked me through the whole process of what would happen during the sale process. People complain about how much they spend on real estate fees. I feel Tony could have been paid more - he certainly earned it. I don't recommend people lightly, but I would definitely give Tony more ⭐if they were available.
