We reach out to Janice remotely at the recommendation of a friend and she quickly went to work sharing listings matching our wants and budget. Number of available properties was somewhat overwhelming but Janice helped us narrow list and scheduled viewings to correspond with a planned trip. After spending one day with Janice visiting properties and going through what we liked and didn't like she was able to find 2 additional listings that we visited on same trip and we found out little piece of paradise. Melissa Yardy was an exceptional real estate seller. She took over the sale by making good logical instructions which we followed. Over all on a personal level, Melissa was always on time for appointments and made common sense appropriate ideas about the market. Her presentation was stellar. With 40 some images, She took you from assets in the neighborhood down to the smallest detail in the apartment. With her advice, we found a buyer in one of the worse condo markets ever.
