Initially after looking at about 6 units we decided to change our criteria a bit and then we had to head home ( not FL residents). A few weeks later Stephanie reached out to us on a condo listing she saw in Tierra Verde that was amazing. She arranged a video tour for us and we fell in love with it. We had to do everything long distance and she was awesome on all aspects. She got us a great price and a great deal on the unit. .Had to do a remote closing, that was very smooth. About 6 weeks later we made it down to FL to actually stay in our new unit, opened the deck blinds and off of our balcony were dolphins in the canal that we could see - we joked that Stephanie did a great job planning the dolphins visit!! Such a wonderful experience from start to finish. She went the extra mile for us because we were not able to be there.

This is my third time using John and I came back because everything was smooth with no surprises. He is very thorough and communicates constantly. He even suggested a lower bid on my new place than I was planning on and it was accepted. I have friends that have used him also and we were all more than satisfied. Cherish is a market expert in selling condos and so pro-active presenting the condo in the best light - wooing customers - working with the management and title insurance companies. My condo needed some minor repairs - she engaged and supervised an electrician, a plumber, a handyman to do the needed maintenance, arranged for the disposal of my worn-out furniture, hired and chose furniture from a "staging" company, and brought in a professional photographer to take photos for the listing. Through the entire selling period - I only visited my condo once - merely to drop-off extra keys for the new owners. I signed remotely and the full and correct dollar amount was wired to my bank account. What I feared would be an arduous process - moved smoothly to a successful sale. All credit goes to my realtor!
