He effectively communicated to us his plan for selling our house and through videos and marketing brochures showed the buyers near and far how desirable the house was. He was attentive to accentuating details in and around the house to show off its best features. From the first time I met Kyle while touring a home I was impressed by his knowledge of things he pointed out that are important to an investment but not something I know much about (replaced pipes, age of repairs, windows, etc). He has great practical knowledge, which he shared freely. He also knows the St Pete market well and had good advice on areas and trends. Throughout the offer and closing process, he was always very responsive and communicative. The selling agent even complimented him on how well he stayed in contact. I’d recommend him to anyone buying a home and especially to those needing advice on those hidden elements of each home!
