From the first time I met Kyle while touring a home I was impressed by his knowledge of things he pointed out that are important to an investment but not something I know much about (replaced pipes, age of repairs, windows, etc). He has great practical knowledge, which he shared freely. He also knows the St Pete market well and had good advice on areas and trends.
