Actually, Jennifer helped us with the purchase of our new home and then assisted in helping us listing and selling our previous home. Was always very polite with prospective buyers and at the same time could display being persuasive to the positive points of buying my place. Did great in a very difficult market with his experience in Mediation, to get the sale done with both myself the seller and buyer being very pleased with the outcome. I cannot say enough about the transcendental patientce and knowledge Celine provided to my family and I during a difficult period. We lost my mother, the rock of the family, this past year. My father opted to move to an independent living facility, though a lot of hurdles had to be undertaken. She helped overcome issues that arose, those of which could ruin most sales, if not handled well. She marketed enough to find the right buyer, while remaining professional every step of the way. My family was well-represented and felt that she provided a wall of protection through the process. She was so genuine, empathetic, communicative and transparent, I could not have felt we were in better hands. I highly recommend obtaining her services, as she is the type of consummate professional with years of experience, in a field flooded with inexperienced and uninvested realtors (FL).
