I graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a degree in Communication Disorders, Speech Science and Psychology. Excellent Experience with an Amazing Realtor!

We had an outstanding experience working with Celine Charleson during our home-buying journey. Excellent communicator and deeply caring

Katie was such a wonderful resource through the selling process. She provided so much guidance on how to prepare the property for selling and was able to take care of tasks that I didn’t have a vendor for. She was very on top of the status of the market and helping to better gauge how the house should be priced as there market shifted. On top of all of that she was incredibly supportive. I would definitely recommend her if you’re selling a property and I’m sure she’d be equally helpful in finding a property.

Our experience with Karie was seamless, effortless & totally satisfying all around!

Deserves more than 5 stars

Right from the start, before we even knew for certain who we would work with to help with our house hunt, Celine took the time out of her night to call me and talk to me for an hour and tell me everything I needed to know about relocating to FL. I knew right after hanging up the phone we would ask her to be our agent. The whole process went so smooth. Even with the majority of things handled remotely. She is so caring, knowledgeable and truly treated us like family. She helped us find our dream home within 2 months of us visiting FL. We are so grateful and happy we put our trust in her hands.
