Wow! What a ride this sale was with Andy Scherer! In short, it would not have been possible without his experience and expertise. We first met Andy in 2016 when he supported us with a buy/sell transaction. That experience was so smooth that he was our obvious first choice when we decided to buy/sell again. Andy listed our home and within 10 days we had 8 showings and 2 offers. A primary and a back up! Both offers were 98% of ask as well. Less than 1 month to close and we lost our primary buyer! With a significant deposit put on a new build, we were very tense to say the least. Andy sprung into action with the back up offer that had expired. The backup buyers were moving on another property but due to Andys experience in real estate transactions, he was pivotal in re-engaging the buyers agent and buyers and after a tense 24 hours, negotiating a new contract for the sale of our home.
