Kacey subscribes sellers to Showing Time, whereby we were automatically notified of the date and time of each requested showing, and given feedback from the buyer's agent. That feedback was taken as a learning experience to prepare for future showings. Because we were listing an empty house, Kacey used a photographer who stages the home with AI. The photos do state that AI is used, but she also posted photos of the rooms as empty. The combination of "what is" and "what could be" brought in a lot of potential buyers. In the current buyer's market, it's important to find a great agent. More importantly, with the challenges that this market brings, it's important to sign with an agent who has a great personality, listens as well as talks, and is just overall great to deal with!
