Mike is the best! He is hard working for his client. He came over a few time to see my condo and scope out so that he can set it up to look it’s absolute best, still keeping the flavor of my home! He has an amazing eye for making your home look desirable to the eye of the buyers looking online !

She really look the time to explain everything to us and send tons of real time pictures and videos. We really appreciate her help and will refer our friends and family to her in the future!

Kari was a dream to work with. Very good clear communication. She went above and beyond helping me with getting things straightened out for my somewhat complicated closing. She was always very professional but also down to earth and easy to talk to. I would highly highly recommend Karie!!

Andrew and Iris have helped me buy and sell three houses now. They are extremely knowledgeable about the market and have wonderful, trusted partners that they work with. They helped us not only with the purchase and sales but also with scheduling any work that needed to be done. From cleaners, to inspections, to meeting vendors at the properties when we weren't even there. It's tough to find realtors that really, truly care about you finding the perfect home. At this point, they're more like extended family.

Deb communicated constantly and was patient as we explored multiple different types of properties before settling on the one we purchased. Deb was always professional and has a keen knowledge of the housing market in Bradenton.

Kacey was a standout when we interviewed agents. She looked the part of a professional and presented information about today's market and updated strategies for marketing and closing our home sale. Kacey subscribes sellers to Showing Time, whereby we were automatically notified of the date and time of each requested showing, and given feedback from the buyer's agent. That feedback was taken as a learning experience to prepare for future showings. Because we were listing an empty house, Kacey used a photographer who stages the home with AI. The photos do state that AI is used, but she also posted photos of the rooms as empty. The combination of "what is" and "what could be" brought in a lot of potential buyers. In the current buyer's market, it's important to find a great agent. More importantly, with the challenges that this market brings, it's important to sign with an agent who has a great personality, listens as well as talks, and is just overall great to deal with!

Our agent, Karie Backman, was instantly responsive from the first day we signed our agreement. Karie did everything possible to get our home sold. From a very gregarious social media marketing plan to open houses. We were always busy with showings and it was just a matter of time before our house sold. Karie brought us past the finish line in first place Thank you for thinking of us first Karie. There was always open communication and questions answered in a timely manner. Karie helped us make decisions with professional insight, advice and acumen.

We first met Karie when we went to an open house of a property she was selling. While we were not interested in the property she was selling, we told her what we were looking for. She didn’t forget and when something became available that matched what we were looking for, she contacted us. Working with Karie Backman was an outstanding experience from start to finish. She truly went above and beyond to help us find the perfect condo, taking the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and guiding us through every step of the process with patience and professionalism. What really set her apart was the incredible support she provided beyond just finding the property. She connected us with excellent vendor referrals for the work we needed done, recommended a great mortgage lender, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. Karie was highly organized, detail-oriented, and always one step ahead. Having her there at our closing was the perfect example of her dedication and commitment to her clients. We always felt confident knowing she was in our corner. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, and truly caring real estate professional, I would highly recommend Karie Blackman.

We purchased a condo recently and were a little nervous about how things would flow since we live in the Northeast and not locally. Iris and Andrew were outstanding - their communication skills were fantastic. Both were extremely responsive and knowledgeable. They also have great connections in the area and were able to get our inspection scheduled very timely as well as some follow up services as a result of the inspection. I really appreciate their knowledge and their great service. We closed as scheduled and are the happy new owners of a condo in Bradenton!
