I initially called Mike about one of his listings, and was not intending to hook up with a realtor quite yet. As an out of state buyer, I had also never purchased a property in Florida before. While the property I called about was not right for me, Mike was so personable and knowledgeable, I quickly knew he was the right realtor for me; no BS; absolute professionalism. After reviewing multiple listings Mike sent to me, I flew down to Sarasota and did a two day marathon viewing houses. As a recent retiree who has renovated several homes through the years, I had promised myself I would not buy another fixer upper, but when you find the right home, you have to go with it. Mike educated me about the pros and cons and local regulations regarding the property. With me back North, Mike attended all of the inspections (property, sewer, mold, pool) and kept in close contact with me. He helped me to negotiate an excellent buying price, and also to obtain temporary housing during the renovation. It has been several weeks since the closing, and Mike continues to assist me and be available for questions and obstacles. I don't think I could have done this without his help, dedication and knowledge (without losing my sanity lol). I have nothing but accolades for Mike. I have been involved in the purchase and sale of dozens of homes over 35 years and Rania is on all accounts, exceptional, and the best I’ve ever worked with. Her attention to details, her pleasant nature, her knowledge of the area, and especially her knowledge of contractors and workers in the area was amazing. I never waited more than five minutes for a response from her no matter what time of the day or night. She is a true professional, and I will use her over and over again in the future! She helped me down select a multimillion dollar home from a list of six. She listens, she executes extremely well, and you never have to tell her the same thing twice. She is definitely looking out for her clients and never puts herself first. I know you might be thinking this is pretty over the top and unbelievable review, but she really is that good!

My husband and I were quite impressed with Erica's knowledge and professionalism in real estate. She listened to our wants and needs in and guided us through the process of purchasing a villa in the Venice/Sarasota area. In a few days visit she showed us many options within our price range, from used to new. When we narrowed it down to two places, she would remember to ask the difficult questions that we would not have thought about. Erica also researched one of the properties further, because I had concern over a flood zone. Erica was thorough in every aspect. She is also very friendly and personable, while always looking out for our best interests. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home in Florida.
