I initially called Mike about one of his listings, and was not intending to hook up with a realtor quite yet. As an out of state buyer, I had also never purchased a property in Florida before. While the property I called about was not right for me, Mike was so personable and knowledgeable, I quickly knew he was the right realtor for me; no BS; absolute professionalism.
