She went above and beyond by arranging home tours and coordinating virtual walkthroughs and FaceTime visits so we could view properties remotely and feel confident in our decisions despite the distance. Her knowledge, dedication, and attention to detail was incredible. When it came time to negotiate, Celine expertly guided us through the process, advocating on our behalf and helping us navigate important decisions with confidence. Right from the start, before we even knew for certain who we would work with to help with our house hunt, Celine took the time out of her night to call me and talk to me for an hour and tell me everything I needed to know about relocating to FL. We were moving from NJ to beautiful Fl. We were not sure even which side we wanted to move to… Celine came highly recommended by our NJ agent and she was so right! She showed us probably close to 50 homes over a time span of 3 trips and almost getting a completely different home in a different area. I cannot say enough about the transcendental patientce and knowledge Celine provided to my family and I during a difficult period. We lost my mother, the rock of the family, this past year. My father opted to move to an independent living facility, though a lot of hurdles had to be undertaken. A large construction project took place directly across the street in the proceeding months after my mother’s passing, not to mention an additional road-widening project, simultaneously. We thought we’d never sell the house at that point. Celine took a guiding role in guiding the family through the sales process, overcoming unthinkable hurdles, including my father’s difficult concerns. She remained calm through great adversity, assuring us that the house would be sold to the right buyer, despite our inexperienced doubts - and she was right. She is extremely communicative and transparent, while remaining professional and transferring her experiential knowledge throughout the process, despite our worries and unfamiliarity to the process. She helped overcome issues that arose, those of which could ruin most sales, if not handled well. She marketed enough to find the right buyer, while remaining professional every step of the way. My family was well-represented and felt that she provided a wall of protection through the process. She was so genuine, empathetic, communicative and transparent, I could not have felt we were in better hands. I highly recommend obtaining her services, as she is the type of consummate professional with years of experience, in a field flooded with inexperienced and uninvested realtors (FL). My husband and I began our search for a home in Florida almost a year in advance. During that time, Celine listened to our needs, provided us with honest feedback, and answered every question we had about not just the moving process, but all relocation questions! Once we chose our home, Celine consistently checked in, provided useful information, and spoke up for us with any concerns we may have had along the way. Who would’ve thought posting questions about relocating from NY to FL on FB would have brought me to such a wonderful person. From the moment we connected, there was no pressure. In our first phone call, when I knew nothing and wasn’t sure even where I wanted to look, she gave me a list and was available the whole time to answer questions. For months, Celine researched and answered every question I had, and she did it quickly, although I always told her no rush. Eventually, when I narrowed down a town, she took me to several communities, introduced me to several builders and different communities, talked about the pros and cons of each, and always kept my priority list in mind, even when it changed. She went above and beyond during the sale, doing the walk thru, helping me with the inspection, reaching out to the sales people on my behalf, helping me negotiate and so much more. Celine spent 6 months with me and helped me find the perfect home! I will forever be thankful she reached out to me on FB that day and would recommend her to anyone looking to relocate from anywhere.
