Nick helped me get my first home. I was so lucky and blessed to get such a professional, kind, and hard working realtor who worked on my behalf and got me an incredible deal!

I decided to move from upstate NY to FL. I needed to find a buyer’s agent so I looked on Zillow since I was searching for homes there. I came across Nick Shoemaker. He had a good sales record but I needed more. I was looking for a good negotiator. I went over to his Instagram page and found where he had demonstrated success in price reductions and seller credits at closings. So I got Nick as an agent and he did a great job. We looked at several houses, a few times. I would get emotional invested in a home before seeing it and Nick was able to bring me back to reality. He kept be balanced and rational thru the process. That allowed me to make the correct choice for me in the end. He was professional, courteous and patient. He communicated very well and was always polite. He did a lot of work for my purchase, way more than the seller agents involved in my 2 homes. He displayed a wide breadth of knowledge in the real estate industry. He recently obtain his mortgage broker’s license too. In the end, the house I bought had recently reduced its price by 7%. Nick was able to negotiate another 7.5% reduction off that price. He got a few seller credits too. Then when there was an A/C and an electrical issue on the 4 point inspection, he paid for part of it out of his commission since the seller had reached their limit. Even after the sale Nick stayed in touch to make sure all the loose ends were finished. I really enjoyed working with Nick and highly recommend his services.

We closed on our first home on 22nd Dec, and we are thankful to Sudhir for guiding us through this journey. He showed us several new as well as resale homes from different builders like MI Homes, Casa Fresca, Pulte Homes and DR Horton in Wesley Chapel and Zephyrhills area. These were based on the our criterias like size of home/lawn, neighborhood, storeys, budget and most importantly vaastu. We finally chose a Pulte Home in Zephyhills which ticked all our needs. Back in 2024, Susan was a highly recommended Realtor by the local community and still is. I met with her briefly to discuss the market in case of a certain situation came up and I could plan ahead. Immediate I could tell that Susan is not just there to sell. She has a genuine interest for her clients and her community. Even though I was not a client, she took her time to advice and gave me all the possible angles and possibilities to achieve a positive outcome. As a matter of fact, after we met I called her several other times to discuss rental and or sell of my property in case of any changes in my employment since I am military. She never once sounded dismissive nor changed her position on what needed to be done. When the time came to move and I got called to serve as a full time military member, I knew without a doubt who was the person to call. Full confidence in her abilities and I could say, never felt worried... even in todays market. She takes care of business with a high degree of efficiency and never lacks in communicating the ups and down of the negotiations.
