As a first time homebuyer I was nervous to take this next step in life. Chad & April Emory have been wonderful in helping me find a home I’m comfortable in and met my budget expectations. We got lucky as my in-laws used Chad & April to purchase their home so when it was time for my fiancé and I to start looking we already felt like they were family to us. I’m impressed by the level of professionalism, compassion and level of knowledge of the current market to find us a deal we could not pass up, fighting hard to keep us in our budget. We had our house on the market for nine months with another agency. Without even an offer. My banker suggested Chad and April Emory. The day they put the house on the market we had an offer. Our second offer came in three weeks later, and that was the one. We were lucky to find the Emorys.

First, I do not write many reviews unless the service was above standard. With Emory Rocks Realty, April, Chad and Amanda did a tremendous job of assisting me with video tours of perspective homes while I was out of town and then following up with personal tours when I was in town. What sets them a part from other realtors (and I have bought and sold several homes in the Tampa Bay area over the years), they are not in it for a quick buck whether to hurry you up to buy or sell leading you into a bad long term financial decision. They are patient and provided sound advice on market conditions, entry offer points, and for those looking to sell in a short 3 - 5 year time horizon, reasonable market prices for your location and other options. I really appreciated April being at the home while contractors had to come back out to the house to redo 4 point inspection items to ensure it was properly done and ready for a proper closing. That was AMAZING service! Administratively, they'll keep you up to date on issues, paper work etc. in a very timely fashion... My experience with them, will lead me to have them sell my home when that time comes. They put you on the right foot to step into your new home!
