The title of this review says it all. John is trustworthy. He has helped our family with multiple real estate transactions. He maintains confidences and provides direct and honest advice. John is knowledgeable. About every aspect of a real estate transaction including structuring complex financial transactions, tax advice (though he'll make sure you get a tax professional), and legal aspects of the transaction (again -- he'll make sure you engage competent counsel). John is effective. He does not over-promise. He does not tell you what you want to hear. John identifies the ultimate goal and focuses his effort on getting you to that goal. And please -- listen to his advice. My biggest mistakes started with doing my own thing and relying on my own understanding. Hire John Hudson for your real estate transaction -- whether you're buying, selling, or investing.

I could not recommend Tyler highly enough. I was ready to purchase my first home and I was completely clueless and a bit apprehensive. He is very knowledgeable with the area, the loan programs, and what to be on the lookout for. His communication is A+. He made sure all of my questions were answered at all times, even when they were probably ridiculous. I was well informed through the whole process. He had such a great attitude, even as I was feeling discouraged, and advocated for me more than I could have asked for. He truly found me the perfect place, and made sure I saw all of the options available to make sure I was making an informed decision. I will forever recommend him to everyone because everyone deserves to have such a positive experience!
