Tyler was amazing every step of the way. He was patient with my wife and I through the process and was very helpful in understanding what we were looking for after getting to know our personalities and priorities in our home search. He was very communicative and went the extra mile to ensure we were fully informed with all information - a lot of which was nuanced, and obviously stemmed from his personal experience in his career. Numerous times he went above and beyond what would normally be expected including spending time waiting on the phone to understand what to do about a non-standard utility issue with the property as well as speaking over the phone with me during the process at hours that most other agents likely would not. Tyler was thoughtful and intentional with everything that he did for us. I have bought and sold a half-dozen houses and he provided by far one of the best purchasing experiences I've had.
