And I have to say, Joe is absolutely the best Realtor I have ever worked with. His knowledge about the North Tampa area, especially lake properties is incredible. He kept in touch without flourish letting us know when our property was shown, sending us specific feedback from buyers and Realtors, advertised our property relentlessly, answered every question and email in a timely fashion, was honest about the market and was just a nice person to work with. One of the most important things about choosing a Realtor is trust. I believed I could trust Joe from the start and I was right.

Johns, communication, effort, and knowledge is unsurpassed, and he was always on hand at any moment of the day to update, add re assurance, and let us know exactly if anything we needed to do. The process was smooth, and we made a friend along the way! I couldnt recommend him enough to anyone.
