Hannah was extremely professional and definitely knows her way around the Tampa area. We were unsure where we wanted to move and she was helpful in navigating me through all the different areas. The title of this review says it all. John is trustworthy. He has helped our family with multiple real estate transactions. He maintains confidences and provides direct and honest advice. John is knowledgeable. About every aspect of a real estate transaction including structuring complex financial transactions, tax advice (though he'll make sure you get a tax professional), and legal aspects of the transaction (again -- he'll make sure you engage competent counsel). John is effective. He does not over-promise. He does not tell you what you want to hear. John identifies the ultimate goal and focuses his effort on getting you to that goal. And please -- listen to his advice. My biggest mistakes started with doing my own thing and relying on my own understanding. Hire John Hudson for your real estate transaction -- whether you're buying, selling, or investing.
