Tyler was amazing every step of the way. He was patient with my wife and I through the process and was very helpful in understanding what we were looking for after getting to know our personalities and priorities in our home search. He was very communicative and went the extra mile to ensure we were fully informed with all information - a lot of which was nuanced, and obviously stemmed from his personal experience in his career. Numerous times he went above and beyond what would normally be expected including spending time waiting on the phone to understand what to do about a non-standard utility issue with the property as well as speaking over the phone with me during the process at hours that most other agents likely would not. Tyler was thoughtful and intentional with everything that he did for us. I have bought and sold a half-dozen houses and he provided by far one of the best purchasing experiences I've had.

And I have to say, Joe is absolutely the best Realtor I have ever worked with. His knowledge about the North Tampa area, especially lake properties is incredible. He kept in touch without flourish letting us know when our property was shown, sending us specific feedback from buyers and Realtors, advertised our property relentlessly, answered every question and email in a timely fashion, was honest about the market and was just a nice person to work with. One of the most important things about choosing a Realtor is trust. I believed I could trust Joe from the start and I was right.

We and worked with John when purchasing the property when John acted on the previous sellers behalf. When unfortunately, we had to re locate, we knew we wanted John working in our corner this time. Johns, communication, effort, and knowledge is unsurpassed, and he was always on hand at any moment of the day to update, add re assurance, and let us know exactly if anything we needed to do. The process was smooth, and we made a friend along the way! I couldnt recommend him enough to anyone. What he told us on day one was still what he was saying when we sold, and he was spot on in every way.
