Fantastic for first time buyer/seller!

As a first time home seller, Crystal was amazing! She was able to answer all my questions throughout the process so I felt fully informed and always kept up to date on the details. Selling a home can be overwhelming, but Crystal made it much easier and less stressful. I would highly recommend Crystal and her team to anyone, and, in my experience, she has a strength in guiding first time buyers/sellers through the process!

The "Impossible" Became POSSIBLE

Using the same realtor for 25 years to buy, sell, buy, sell, buy pays off! The relationship makes all the difference. The Ward Team got right to work as soon as we had a phone conversation about considering leasing a house and leaving a rental community. They were sure they could find a brand-new villa for less than our current lease rate even with all the expenses added in (HOA, Insurance, Utilities, etc). They were 100% correct. What seemed impossible to us (owning a home again in our senior years!) has now become the possible! The monthly cost saves us hundreds of dollars and keeps building equity. The Ward Team was onboard the entire length of the journey...through all of the ditches, the deepest foreboding valleys, to the mountain top peak of closing. They were there to hold our hand through the dicey parts and the waiting, waiting, waiting to hear from the underwriters after a multitude of requested info from the loan analyst and underwriter. They were the dream team that was always ready with advice, counsel, and resources from beginning to end...even after closing! Thanks to Jim, Nancy, and Michael we can LIVE the impossible dream and not just dream the impossible dream!

Amazing to work with from start to finish.

Working with Vinny and Michelle has truly been a pleasure. From our initial meeting and analysis of our needs, they were up front with the process. For every question or concern we had, they returned with an answer. They were very patient with us and always available. They truly dedicated their time to us. Their knowledge of the area and market made us feel at ease. We were not very familiar with the area because we were relocating from another state. At times, we were visiting on a tight schedule and Vinny accommodated us with multiple showings before we had to head back out of state. They gave us the attention, guidance and direction we needed. They were well versed in our specific needs and made the buying process less stressful. Michelle and Vinny negotiated a great deal for us and stayed on top of communication with the seller's agent, lender, inspector, etc. Working with people that have good morals, values and integrity is priceless. Vinny and Michelle are very professional and trustworthy. I never second guessed anything they ever said. We have since closed on our home and they have continued to make themselves available for questions and recommendations as we transition from another state. Our agent Melissa, honest, reliable, excellent communicator and an expert in her field.

We worked with Melissa to purchase our first home and we would definitely recommend. She's always professional, from beginning she listened keenly, communicated effectively, promptly and ensure we were updated. Very knowledge about local market, hence getting us the home we wanted, and assisted us through the entire process. We never felt unsure and she stepped in whenever we needed to help simplify the process. Our questions always answered which made the entire home buying process seamless and stress free. She went above and beyond, negotiated to get our home cost to where we needed it to be. You hear stories about home buying, my husband and I can attest this process was the simplest, easiest I don't think it would have been that way without Melissa.
