Dinah is the best!

Dinah helped me buy my house 4 years ago and I knew I wanted her to help me sell when I moved for a job change. She was absolutely fantastic, helped me find a fantastic house through the rush of post-covid buying, and selling in a slowing market by finding buyers. She helped me with every step of the process, calmed my fears and anxieties, went over and above to ready my house for sale, and made the process as easy as it could be. Clear communication & plans to move forward

The Ward Team is my go to when it comes to my real estate needs. My father passed away unexpectedly and I knew exactly who to turn to to make this process as painless as possible! They listened to our concerns and gave us options right away. I never had to second guess if we had their attention, when it came to finding our buyer. They kept us moving towards that finish line - one hurdle at a time! For every disaster that occurred (water heater needing replaced, hvac acting up, etc) they had a professional on speed dial to make sure the repairs were done quickly and correctly. Selling a house these days is never easy, selling a loved one’s home is even more difficult. They were my heroes, I say if you’re in the market for a new team, give the Wards a chance, you won’t be disappointed!

We got it done!

In the tough sellers market it is currently, the Ward's got it done. It took a little bit longer than we had hoped, but after making adjustments (based on their recommendations) we got the home sold. We've used them for buying and selling our homes and will continue in the future, should we decide to move again. Thanks again to everyone in their help with getting this done.

Great communication and follow through

Melissa listened to what I was looking for. Showed me different areas and then she identified the type of home we were looking for. She was on top of everything from agreement of sale, negotiations, inspection all the way through walk through.
