Michelle and Vincent made the process of selling our home super easy. We used them to buy our house originally, and they did not disappoint with the selling of it either. Based on market data and Michelle’s and Vinnie’s wisdom and advice, they sold our house within a week. They’re down to earth and didn’t talk “over our heads.” They are tied into market conditions and gave us the price they thought was the correct price, which is exactly what it sold at. That was amazing. They did have to negotiate a couple of minor issues, and the issues ended in our favor. They’re as professional but “fun” as you can get. I’d use them a third time if we ever need to buy or sell again. I liked them so well that I had them help my parents buy a house plus my uncle to buy, sell, and buy again.
