Me and my husband found out we had to move out of state for a career promotion, and we had less than 2 months to close on a home and move in. We only had 1 weekend to spare in between the holidays, so within a few days of talking, John had 2 days full of showings lined up and organized. He guided us to look at different areas/ neighborhoods of Tampa - giving us market knowledge along the way. He listened to our "must haves" but also helped us compromise to find the perfect home. The home we purchased had a few items that needed repair- with us being out of state it was hard to facilitate these estimates, etc. John went above and beyond to get those items done for us before and after the house transaction. We couldn't recommend him more! Very knowledgeable, not pushy, and made time for us/ worked with our schedules to get this done very quickly.

I can't say enough positive things about our experience having Kimmie as our realtor. From early on, she came with great input, managed our expectations, listened attentively to our opinions and made the entire process easier than we ever could have expected. Within 10 days we had a cash buyer and the home was under contract! And it wasn't just in selling our home. Knowing what we wanted in our next property, she networked within the real estate professional community and was able to locate a home that wasn't yet listed, which she knew was a great fit for our hopes and dreams. Before we had even closed on our home sale, we had an executed contract on our beautiful new home which has exceeded all of our expectations. It's rare to find someone of Kimmie's caliber in an industry that has, to be honest, received some bad press over the years. But she is absolutely the professional's professional and we will certainly recommend her to anyone we know who is looking to make a change...I would suggest that you do the same!!
