He showed us all of the things we could, but didn’t have to do, and helped to make our house sell ready. Joe was our realtor Summer of 25 in a hard market and remained tentative, helpful and positive the entire time. When we moved to another state, leaving our house behind, he even found a way to check on the property for us when we had moved, but not sold yet. When it came time to electronically signed, she helped us through that whole process as well, and made it very easy.
