The home we purchased had a few items that needed repair- with us being out of state it was hard to facilitate these estimates, etc. John went above and beyond to get those items done for us before and after the house transaction. We couldn't recommend him more! Very knowledgeable, not pushy, and made time for us/ worked with our schedules to get this done very quickly.
