Michelle made the home buying experience enjoyable. Michelle took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for in a home and community. Since I was new to the area, I was looking in several different locations. She explained the pros and cons of each area. Her knowledge of the area and housing market was outstanding. She showed me homes that fit my criteria and we found one that checked all my boxes. She then was there through the entire purchasing process with information and suggestions that helped me through the process. Out of all my home buying experiences, this was by far the best. When there was a question by a potential buyer regarding if a fence was allowed by the HOA, they worked tirelessly to obtain the information in a timely manner.
