I am a first time home buyer and I had the great fortune of having Magda as my realtor. We started the the process of selling our home in early 2025 in Riverview, FL. It had been over 19 years since we entered this arena of selling and buying a home. The added circumstances of relocating out of state played a significant part in the process. Bridget stepped in and guided us step-by-step from cradle to grave. From our first sit down, in our kitchen, Bridget brough a detailed game plan to the table. Bridget brings a personalized approach with true market knowledge and honesty. This was a complex move for us with part of the family relocating out of state for work, the remaining half still in the Riverview house due to work and kicking off the process. This is where her market expertise was a gamechanger and she put us right in the sweet spot to sell our home, while other homes were getting passed over on a regular basis. Trust the process!!! When under contract, the rest of the family already relocated out of state. The home sat vacant and Bridget made sure to always check on it, giving us a sense of comfort. When the time came for inspections, she was there. She did her own final walks to make sure everything was still in working order and met the buyer’s expectations. Bridget was the expert with our negotiations, and we had a straightforward path to closing. No bumps in the road, no unwarranted stress due to her outstanding communication. I'm not one who takes to writing reviews very often. Deana, however, is far too exceptional NOT to comment. Deana is thorough and detailed oriented in every aspect of the process and I was 100% certain she was a true advocate for me. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Leslee helped us buy our home in South Tampa, and what set her apart was her approach: instead of steering us toward a quick decision, she oriented us to the market by driving neighborhoods, touring properties, and helping us understand what we were really looking at. She has an unusually sharp eye for the physical side of homes (structure, mechanics, the things that matter especially in older houses) and became a genuine thought partner as we evaluated properties. She also knew exactly when to offer her perspective and when to let us work through our own thinking, which is a harder skill than it sounds. When we couldn't be on-site during the closing process, she was there for us every step of the way. Couldn't have pulled it off without here and becasue of that, we left the process feeling informed and confident in our decision!
