Michelle made the home buying experience enjoyable. Michelle took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for in a home and community. Since I was new to the area, I was looking in several different locations. She explained the pros and cons of each area. Her knowledge of the area and housing market was outstanding. She showed me homes that fit my criteria and we found one that checked all my boxes. She then was there through the entire purchasing process with information and suggestions that helped me through the process. Out of all my home buying experiences, this was by far the best. Pam is so great. She's the third realtor we had. All of the other realtors tried to really sell us on homes, while Pam made sure to point out all the things that could be potential issues. She's got so much experience and everyone that knows her loves her. Moreover she helped negotiate a deal that saved us lots of money.
