She was able to get more eyes on the property in two weeks then we had the first two and a half months with another realtor. In the end, she found a buyer that was willing to pay full asking. The success continued on the next two sells in a slow market in the Tampa area. We sold both homes at full asking at a price mark that challenged the current market.
