And I have to say, Joe is absolutely the best Realtor I have ever worked with. His knowledge about the North Tampa area, especially lake properties is incredible. He kept in touch without flourish letting us know when our property was shown, sending us specific feedback from buyers and Realtors, advertised our property relentlessly, answered every question and email in a timely fashion, was honest about the market and was just a nice person to work with.
