I have had to move several times in my lifetime and I have worked with a different agent each time. I was also a Realtor myself for three years so I know a bit about how it works. And I have to say, Joe is absolutely the best Realtor I have ever worked with. His knowledge about the North Tampa area, especially lake properties is incredible. He kept in touch without flourish letting us know when our property was shown, sending us specific feedback from buyers and Realtors, advertised our property relentlessly, answered every question and email in a timely fashion, was honest about the market and was just a nice person to work with. One of the most important things about choosing a Realtor is trust. I believed I could trust Joe from the start and I was right.
