We started the the process of selling our home in early 2025 in Riverview, FL. It had been over 19 years since we entered this arena of selling and buying a home. When under contract, the rest of the family already relocated out of state. The home sat vacant and Bridget made sure to always check on it, giving us a sense of comfort. When the time came for inspections, she was there. She did her own final walks to make sure everything was still in working order and met the buyer’s expectations. Bridget was the expert with our negotiations, and we had a straightforward path to closing. No bumps in the road, no unwarranted stress due to her outstanding communication. Leslee helped us buy our home in South Tampa, and what set her apart was her approach: instead of steering us toward a quick decision, she oriented us to the market by driving neighborhoods, touring properties, and helping us understand what we were really looking at. She has an unusually sharp eye for the physical side of homes (structure, mechanics, the things that matter especially in older houses) and became a genuine thought partner as we evaluated properties. She also knew exactly when to offer her perspective and when to let us work through our own thinking, which is a harder skill than it sounds. When we couldn't be on-site during the closing process, she was there for us every step of the way. Couldn't have pulled it off without here and becasue of that, we left the process feeling informed and confident in our decision!

I am without regular transportation, and he went out of his way many times to drive me not just to look at homes, but also personal errands.
