Deana is the whole package. Kind and considerate while remaining a strong advocate for her clients. Our situation was very complex, but Deana made sure to walk us through each step and was consistently working to get us the best resolution to each issue we encountered. On top of guiding us through our first home purchase, she was flexible with her time and generous with her advice. She isn't thinking with her pocket, she's thinking with yours. On top of trying to get us the property we wanted (and succeeding) she always had a back-up plan ready, and kept up with showing us other properties within our limits to keep our spirits up. Buying a house was extremely daunting and I'm eternally grateful that we found Deana when we did. I count my lucky stars that she was on our team.
