Deana was very accommodating and thorough. From the moment I called her in California, it felt like I was the only person working with her. She was available and patient. She did a great job of helping me learn and navigate the home-buying process, especially as a first-time homebuyer. She was super knowledgable about every area we visited, gave me her honest and charitable opinions about each site. We were able to narrow it down to two properties. One ended up being a little bit out of my range, the people were still living there, and there were competing offers, so we went with the other one. I'm not one who takes to writing reviews very often. Deana, however, is far too exceptional NOT to comment. Deana is thorough and detailed oriented in every aspect of the process and I was 100% certain she was a true advocate for me. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
