Emi responded to our request seeking a realtor in the Tampa Bay Area through Realtor.com. We had been preparing the house for 2 years to put on the market. We interviewed several realtors for the task. We found Emi to be smart, charming, punctual, informed, bilingual, and eager to help us through the selling process. Once we signed her on, it took only 2 days to find a buyer. We closed in 37 days. We have since hired her for another property selling opportunity. Doble Closing

Eternamente agradecida con Yainys y todo su equipo, logramos hacer un doble closing con muchos contratiempos pero con un final feliz. Esta fue mi primera vez vendiendo casa y la segunda vez que compro. Literal, sin la ayuda de Yainys hubiera sido imposible, todo el tiempo estuvo haciendo negociaciones para hacer coincider ambos cierres el mismo dia. Eso me ayudo a mantener el mismo tipo de prestamo FHA, a pesar de ser mi segunda compra y a de una vez mudarme el mismo dia a la nueva casa...solo tengo dos palabras...Impresionante y agradecida!!!!!. Dios te bendiga siempre y muchos exitos!
