Kathleen was a wealth of knowledge for us. Being from out of town it was so helpful that she knows everything about the local sales market. She listened to our desires and needs in a place, lined up many showings for us and always communicated with us even long distance. She showed us homes that fit our criteria so we could come from out of town and have a full three days of showings. We did find the perfect home with her help. We were so lucky to have her as our realtor.
