You can text him the simplest question or concern and he immediately replies, even on Saturday & Sunday. If I could give James a 10 star review I’d do it without hesitation.

She also connected us with the right people along the way, which made the whole process feel seamless. She covered a lot of ground with us too. She showed homes from Spring Hill all the way to Clermont. Always patient, always willing to keep going. The part I’ll never forget is that I had actually crossed our now-home off the list. After a long day of looking at houses that just weren’t it, she gently encouraged us to go see one more. That was the house. Our house. If she hadn’t pushed us just a little, we would have missed it and I’m so thankful she did.
