Michelle assisted in everything and adeptly handled a multitude of issues in a very timely manner that I don't think a typical agent would have handled very well. I was able to get the house listed quickly based on her help and she was very communicative throughout the whole process. She updated me every time there was a showing. We were under contract within 90 days and seamlessly closed within another 30. I can wholeheartedly recommend her based on my experience.
