Lynette was "the best"!!! Her knowledge, communication and professionalism were above and beyond!

Since we were assisting my elderly father with the sale of his home in Florida from our home in Michigan, we expected this experience to be a real nightmare. Lynette was there for us every step of the way. Any time we needed advice, help with something around or in the house, even taking my father's Spectrum equipment back for us, she was there. We couldn't have had anyone more reliable and amazingly kind and knowledgeable to work with on this journey. We can't thank her enough. We give her an A++++ and more!!

We chose the Judi Pobst realty team because of the many 5 star reviews that they had earned and because they were in our locality. Bianca McRee arrived at our home with a fully prepared dossier. On the basis on the local market conditions, the amenities of the neighborhood and desirable features of the house itself, we arrived at what we believed to be a realistic selling price. It sold within a few days. In the days that followed the acceptance of the offer, Bianca helped us navigate the inspections and other issues that add stress to the process. Her service to us was professional, straightforward and supportive. We are very satisfied clients.
