I decided to move from upstate NY to FL. I needed to find a buyer’s agent so I looked on Zillow since I was searching for homes there. I came across Nick Shoemaker. He had a good sales record but I needed more. I was looking for a good negotiator. I went over to his Instagram page and found where he had demonstrated success in price reductions and seller credits at closings. So I got Nick as an agent and he did a great job. We looked at several houses, a few times. I would get emotional invested in a home before seeing it and Nick was able to bring me back to reality. He kept be balanced and rational thru the process. That allowed me to make the correct choice for me in the end. He was professional, courteous and patient. He communicated very well and was always polite. He did a lot of work for my purchase, way more than the seller agents involved in my 2 homes. He displayed a wide breadth of knowledge in the real estate industry. He recently obtain his mortgage broker’s license too. In the end, the house I bought had recently reduced its price by 7%. Nick was able to negotiate another 7.5% reduction off that price. He got a few seller credits too. Then when there was an A/C and an electrical issue on the 4 point inspection, he paid for part of it out of his commission since the seller had reached their limit. Even after the sale Nick stayed in touch to make sure all the loose ends were finished. I really enjoyed working with Nick and highly recommend his services.

Nick was great for the whole process. He impressed me and my wife the whole time. From the moment we met Nick, he gave us promises on how he operates. But he kept all his promises and even worked beyond them! He got us a great price, he got us the repairs we wanted, and the terms we wanted! He was always there to assist us and truly made it such a great experience!

God Bless Nick Shoemaker. Nick was recommended to me and I could not be more grateful. Having to settle my parents estate after my Dad’s passing Nick took care of every detail and made this process so easy, smooth and trouble free. He honestly went above and beyond helping in every way. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to anyone who wants their property sold with professionalism and honestly. He was able to sell the property even faster than I ever thought possible.

Carol was fabulous in helping us close on our dream home. She was on top of all communication and helped everything go smoothly. Would highly recommend Carol if you’re in need of an agent!

Carol was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Tampa market and buying process from start to finish. She made sure we got what we needed when we needed it and was always available. Thank you Carol!

After 40 days on the market and no offers, her suggestions to lower the price and paint the interior a neutral color created immediate results. The interested buyers had concerns about the aging roof and an unresolved solar panel issue. Carol invested both issues and solved the problems. She suspected a problem with our irrigation system and contacted our irrigation guy to check it out. Just a few days before the scheduled closing, and open permit related to the solar panels was discovered, and Carol worked magic and got it closed.

We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor! She was amazing from start to finish—knowledgeable, incredibly responsive, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile. She made the entire process so much easier and always made us feel like we were in great hands. One of the sweetest examples was on closing day, when she picked up cat litter on her way to closing so our cats wouldn’t arrive at their new home without any. 🥹 It was such a thoughtful gesture and really shows the kind of person she is—someone who genuinely cares about her clients and goes above and beyond. We are so grateful for everything she did for us and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing realtor!

She helped us sell and purchase with ease. She walked us through each step with professionalism and open communication. She worked through any issues that arose and always had our best interest at heart. I would recommend her to everyone that is looking to buy and/or sell!

Heather seems like she's been in the biz for 100 years! So knowledgable, experienced and very communicative. I would and will recommend her to anyone. She knew the answer to almost everything and if she didn't (rare), she'd get it! Again, the communication was just awesome. She answered my million questions and suggested things when I asked. I can't rave about her enough. I met her through a mutual person we knew and I'm so grateful. She's a rockstar!
