Since we were assisting my elderly father with the sale of his home in Florida from our home in Michigan, we expected this experience to be a real nightmare. Lynette was there for us every step of the way. Any time we needed advice, help with something around or in the house, even taking my father's Spectrum equipment back for us, she was there. We couldn't have had anyone more reliable and amazingly kind and knowledgeable to work with on this journey. We can't thank her enough. We give her an A++++ and more!!

Joyce was excellent to work with. It was more challenging since I was selling a property out of state. But Joyce stepped in and went way out of her way to handle everything for me in my absence. She was always there for me and did it in such a kind and caring way. I would recommend her without hesitation.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. From first meeting to closing and after, it was clear that Rebecca was the best possible realtor I could have chosen to help me find a home. While it is quite evident that Rebecca loves what she does and takes it very seriously, you will have lots of laughter along the way. You won’t find anyone more efficient and on top of all the little details. We saw 15 homes in one day and she always made me feel like her only client. I was in contract within 2 weeks and when I had to back out of the first home bc of mold issues, she didn’t flinch and we were in contract on the next house on my list within a week. She has seriously outstanding communication skills and handled all bumps in the road with the utmost grace and professionalism. It was great to have her S.A. as part of the journey as well, as they make an amazing team. As a single woman in my mid 50’s who hasn’t owned a home in over 10 years, I felt fully supported by team Rebecca, so much so that I even wrote a rap song about her skills, knowledge and tact. On top of all that, after disclosing some financial difficulties in my past that I thought would have prevented me from buying a home just yet, there was no mention of it. She approached the whole thing as if it were absolutely doable - and it was! I never felt judged for one moment. I’ve been in my new home for 2 weeks now and I am so grateful for everything Rebecca did for me, and continues to do. She worked her *** off for me and will do the same for you! I can’t recommend her enough.

Well, where do I begin? It started out losing my wife and my brother. Within, three weeks and then the only bright spot that I had was Kelly Riley, my realtor who took the reins. And was completely amazing in everything she has done for both myself and mom. She was on top every aspect of selling mom's house from start to finish. She left no stone unturned. She's one of the hardest. people. I have ever seen work for me. I don't know of many realtors that could list a house on Saturday at 12 o'clock. And that same day, 7 o'clock have my mom's house sold she was truly a godsend and I have nothing but praise for Kelly outstanding in every way. Thank you very much for all your help.

Yhotzmine listened to what we wanted and meshed that with the current market to come up with and agreeable price and marketing plan. Yhotzmine is also an “Out of the Box” thinker. She did some unique and different things that the new market and sales agreements created a need for. For example: Yhotzmine did open houses during evening drive time to potential buyers could see what the neighborhood was like during the week. A job well done.
