After 40 days on the market and no offers, her suggestions to lower the price and paint the interior a neutral color created immediate results. The interested buyers had concerns about the aging roof and an unresolved solar panel issue. Carol invested both issues and solved the problems. She suspected a problem with our irrigation system and contacted our irrigation guy to check it out. Just a few days before the scheduled closing, and open permit related to the solar panels was discovered, and Carol worked magic and got it closed.

Stefan was amazingly helpful; being new to the area he did a great job telling us about the different areas, telling us what to know about purchasing in Florida, and telling us things to look out for like flood ratings and home history. He also made sure we got the best deal possible. He never rushed us and made sure we found exactly what we were looking for.
