Finding Nick on Zillow was a blessing. My husband & I were searching for a house to move our family into and Zillow connected us with Nick. We looked at maybe 8-10 houses and Nick was so honest with all of them. I never felt the pressure to sign a contract- which I really appreciated, especially as a first time home buyer. He helped me find some houses and together we had a list. He made all of the appointments to look at the houses- with some being last minute, but he made it work! He was professional, honest, and very knowledgeable. Nick also helped us get a killer rate on our mortgage. I always thought that buying a house would be a stressful mess, but he made it so easy! He quickly answered any random text questions I would send him and he walked us through the entire process. We are so thankful that we got connected with him and we 1000% recommend him!

Straight from the beginning John was informative and very helpful and knowledgeable. In my opinion he went above what was asked of him even when technically it had nothing to do with him but John is a team player and focused on his client and got the job done. In the middle of June Maria put the For Sale sign on my lawn . I had many showings that first month. By mid September a had a pre-qualified buyer and by October 7th had the closing.
