Leeroy went above and beyond his job

This was a long distance sale. Leeroy took care of alot of things for me since i am out of town. It was a quick sale. 8 days. Leeroy communicated with me as needed. He answered my calls or texts immediately. Highly suggest Leeroy as your realtor.

Leeroy went above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly for me.

Leeroy kept in contact with me through constant communications. He is very knowledgeable about the real estate market which made the sale of my property as smooth as possible. He gave me great advice for which I am very grateful. My being an older person he was very patient and made sure I understood everything as we navigated through this process, especially since I live out of state. I would not hesitate to recommend Leeroy.

Focused on superb customer service!

Leeroy’s communication throughout the sales process was excellent. This started with a session to better understand what our goals, expectations, and needs were. Leeroy helped us develop realistic sales plan and kept us apprised throughout the process, sharing feedback from realtors who showed the property. We also received regular feedback and encouragement throughout the process. We felt the sales presentation and photos accurately represented the property. Overall, a very positive experience.
