It was an extremely positive and rewarding experience, from our first contact through closing and even after closing. He has an extensive knowledge of the real estate process and the area. He brought items to our attention that we hadn't considered and he was proactive. He responded to all phone calls and texts promptly with the information requested and followed through on all the items we asked of him. He also negotiated the price to below what we had initially offered! He had our backs through the entire process. It was amazing. We can't say enough good things about him!

In the middle of June Maria put the For Sale sign on my lawn . I had many showings that first month. By mid September a had a pre-qualified buyer and by October 7th had the closing. Maria was very helpful, professional and always available. She kept me updated and the paperwork went smoothly. We were on our way to New location in Georgia and the necessary paper was done the day before and money wiring was in place and the closing was a breeze.
