Nick is an outstanding realtor and we highly recommend him. We purchased a home from out of state and he made the entire process smooth and seamless. It was an extremely positive and rewarding experience, from our first contact through closing and even after closing. He has an extensive knowledge of the real estate process and the area. He brought items to our attention that we hadn't considered and he was proactive. He responded to all phone calls and texts promptly with the information requested and followed through on all the items we asked of him. He also negotiated the price to below what we had initially offered! He had our backs through the entire process. It was amazing. We can't say enough good things about him!
