Amazing realtor!! Just helped me buy my first home and I couldn’t be happier!

Working with Nick was truly an amazing experience, especially as first-time homebuyers. Going into the process, I was honestly a little weary of real estate agents because of the horror stories I’ve heard about agents trying to steer clients in directions that benefit them financially. I made Nick aware of this from the beginning, and he completely changed my perspective. At no point did we ever feel like Nick was trying to push us toward something that would line his pockets. Instead, he always prioritized what was best for us and made sure we felt confident and comfortable in every decision we made. From the very beginning, he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always available to answer our questions and guide us through each step of the process. One thing that really stood out was how accessible and responsive he was. Finding Nick on Zillow was a blessing. My husband & I were searching for a house to move our family into and Zillow connected us with Nick. We looked at maybe 8-10 houses and Nick was so honest with all of them. I never felt the pressure to sign a contract- which I really appreciated, especially as a first time home buyer. He helped me find some houses and together we had a list. He made all of the appointments to look at the houses- with some being last minute, but he made it work! He was professional, honest, and very knowledgeable. Nick also helped us get a killer rate on our mortgage. I always thought that buying a house would be a stressful mess, but he made it so easy! Nick stayed close to us during the whole purchase process. Beginning with making videos of all of our possible choices to selection of our house and negotiating on our behalf. I highly recommend Nick.
