Diana is very serious about her job and takes it to heart. She communicates along the way with every step. Don't hesitate to call her with any questions or concerns because she is very willing to answer any issues you may have. Diana will keep you in the loop with text, email and phone calls. She is very personable. Diana has been a realtor for several years and takes her job very seriously. She aims to please each client. My situation was a little different in the fact that I live out of state. She went out of her way for me. Diana ended up representing me, the seller as well as the buyers. She kept the playing field fair and represented me well. Diana knew what my end was with the expenses and story and kept that in mind when negotiating my deal. She was and is very professional. I have never met Diana personally, but I can tell you that I feel like I have. Diana cares about her client, their feelings and wears her heart on her sleeve. Best real estate experience ever!  I've had many; in multiple states and across 3 counties in Florida and Thomas was the most experienced realtor of them all. I purchased my new home remotely from over 1000 miles away.  I chose Thomas to help me find my forever home because of his extensive resume and experience and I chose well!  Thomas would view each property, take extensive videos and upload them for me to see from afar.  He was thorough, informative and covered all the bases which allowed me to see each property without being physically present.   He knew all 3 counties I was looking at very well and offered valuable insight for me to make decisions.  I'd previously lived in both Hillsborough and Pinellas and owned another home in Pasco.
