Michele was the best realtor to have on my side. With how crazy the sale was with my home she was there with knowledge about each situation we came to. To honest I didn’t know where to start or even so sure that I can get approved and get a house but Michelle made it happen mind you my English is not good but she was very friendly and patient with me. I recently had the unpleasant task of selling my step-mother's home as a result of her progressing illness. Needless to say there was a lot going on and a lot to take care of. I interviewed Michelle and was impressed with her knowledge of the neighborhood (Shady Hills) and the overall market in general. l needed more than a typical agent as I am out of state and there was so much to do to get the house ready for listing. Michelle assisted in everything and adeptly handled a multitude of issues in a very timely manner that I don't think a typical agent would have handled very well. I was able to get the house listed quickly based on her help and she was very communicative throughout the whole process. She updated me every time there was a showing. We were under contract within 90 days and seamlessly closed within another 30. I can wholeheartedly recommend her based on my experience.
