To honest I didn’t know where to start or even so sure that I can get approved and get a house but Michelle made it happen mind you my English is not good but she was very friendly and patient with me. I recently had the unpleasant task of selling my step-mother's home as a result of her progressing illness. Needless to say there was a lot going on and a lot to take care of. I interviewed Michelle and was impressed with her knowledge of the neighborhood (Shady Hills) and the overall market in general. l needed more than a typical agent as I am out of state and there was so much to do to get the house ready for listing. Michelle assisted in everything and adeptly handled a multitude of issues in a very timely manner that I don't think a typical agent would have handled very well. I was able to get the house listed quickly based on her help and she was very communicative throughout the whole process. She updated me every time there was a showing. We were under contract within 90 days and seamlessly closed within another 30. I can wholeheartedly recommend her based on my experience.
