We found Michelle largely by accident as we wanted to view a house and we did not yet have a realtor to work with. We were so fortunate that Michelle showed up to help us view that first property. Michelle ultimately helped us to find our current home and she literally held our hands through the process. She helped us to identify potential problems and professionally helped us navigate through the purchasing phase. As a result, we were able to close on the property in record time (less than 30 days) and with a minimal amount of issues. She helped us navigate our way through the few roadblocks that did come up and guided us on how to resolve them. If you are looking for an agent who is invested in your search for a new home, and who doesn't just show up to let you in something that you found on your own, Michelle would be a clear choice. I am convinced that we would still be looking for the right place without her. My wife and I could not give her any higher praise than to say that we would unequivocally ask her to help us out again should we ever be in the market for another place. Michelle was the definition of a perfect realtor. We previously used a different realtor before we found her and what a night and day difference. Where do I begin? Michelle was put to the challenge with this sale to say the very least! She worked endlessly days and late nights to make sure everything was done correctly by the buyers realtor and Leander. I honestly don't think that my sister and I would have made it through this sale without Michelle and her expertise and her calmness!!!
