Buying a home out of state could have been overwhelming, but working with Kristy made it feel easy. She showed up for everything we couldn’t. The inspections, walkthroughs, FaceTime calls so we could see things in real time and made sure we never felt out of the loop. She also connected us with the right people along the way, which made the whole process feel seamless. She covered a lot of ground with us too. She showed homes from Spring Hill all the way to Clermont. Always patient, always willing to keep going. The part I’ll never forget is that I had actually crossed our now-home off the list. After a long day of looking at houses that just weren’t it, she gently encouraged us to go see one more. That was the house. Our house.
